Play Volleyball Simulator Online
Control a team of two players, move them around the court, jump to block or spike, and try to outscore the opposing team in this simple volleyball simulation.
Volleyball Simulator was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, though its developer and publisher details are not widely remembered. It arrived during a period when sports simulations were still finding their footing on home computers, offering a straightforward take on the sport without much visual flair or licensing.
You control a team of two blocky players, moving them with the arrow keys and using a single button to jump or hit the ball. The main goal is to outscore the opposing team by volleying the ball back and forth until one side fails to return it. Key mechanics include timing your jumps for blocks and spikes, as well as positioning your players to cover the court effectively. The game moves at a brisk pace, and the difficulty can feel unforgiving, especially when the computer opponent anticipates your moves a little too well. It feels like a bare-bones but earnest attempt to capture the back-and-forth tension of a real match.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
