Ever smacked a mole at the arcade and immediately wanted to do it again? This GBA version of Whac-a-Mole somehow makes whacking pixelated rodents with a tiny hammer just as weirdly fun as the real thing. The moles pop up faster than you'd expect—some even toss bombs or wear helmets, because apparently moles have learned some new tricks since the '80s.
It's stupidly simple: tap the moles, avoid the hazards, try not to panic when six pop up at once. The controls are tight, the music's got that bouncy carnival vibe, and within minutes you'll be hunched over your GBA like you're trying to win a stuffed animal at a county fair. Not gonna lie, I may have actually flinched when a mole popped up right in my face.
Perfect for bus rides or when you just need to smash something without consequences. My only complaint? My thumb still twitches sometimes.
