So there's this wizard, Anthrax—great name, right?—who gets a little too ambitious and summons a demon to wreck the kingdom. Naturally, the demon brings along a whole gang of monsters to really drive the point home. Enter some random traveler who just happens to be nearby and suddenly realizes, "Oh, guess I’m the hero now."
You start off on horseback, leaping over obstacles and swatting flying pests out of the air while grabbing potions like they’re candy. Then, once you’re on foot, it turns into a side-scrolling hack-and-slash where you’re swinging your sword at anything that moves. There are extra weapons lying around, but honestly, half the fun is figuring out which ones actually help and which ones are just there to mess with you. The king’s counting on you, so no pressure.
