Play Xardion Online
You juggle three wildly different alien warriors—sneak through vents as the cat, smash walls as the beetle, or play it safe with the robot—but lose one and it's back to square one. The levels practically demand you switch constantly, like some weird alien puzzle box.

Xardion came out for the Super Nintendo in 1992, developed by Jorudan. It was one of those early action-platformers that tried to blend different genres, a common ambition for the time, though it didn't always get the same attention as bigger titles from that era on the system.
You control three distinct alien heroes: a swift panther, a powerful beetle, and a versatile robot. The main goal is to stop a rogue supercomputer by navigating large, maze-like levels filled with environmental puzzles and aggressive enemies. A key mechanic is switching between characters on the fly to use their unique abilities; the panther can crawl through narrow passages, the beetle smashes through certain walls, and the robot handles long-range combat. The pacing is deliberate, often requiring backtracking once you acquire a new character's skill to access previously blocked areas. It feels like a methodical, sometimes clunky, test of your ability to manage a small team's strengths against a hostile world.
