3 Count Bout is this ridiculous, over-the-top wrestling game for the Neo Geo where everything feels like it’s cranked up to 11. You pick from a roster of 10 wrestlers—each with their own absurd power moves—and then just start throwing hands (and teeth, because yes, biting is totally a move here).
Matches are a chaotic scramble to drain the other guy’s health bar, but even then, you don’t win until you pin them for a three-count. And good luck with that, because the AI gets brutal fast—by round 3, you’re getting suplexed into next week. Tag matches and versus mode add some variety, but honestly, half the fun is seeing how long you last before some pixelated giant piledrives you into the mat. It’s janky, it’s loud, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from a Neo Geo wrestling game.
