Okay, so Aboe Heart Pluck is one of those weirdly charming Flash games that shouldn't work but totally does. You play as this little dude named Aboe, he's got this bouncy walk animation that makes him feel alive, which is wild for how simple the game is.
Basically, you're hopping around grabbing floating hearts before time runs out. Sounds easy, right? Except the platforms are just awkward enough to make you second-guess every jump, and there are these spinning saw blades (because of course there are) that'll wreck your run if you're not careful. First time I played, I got cocky and faceplanted right into one three seconds in.
Controls are dead simple, just arrow keys, but the real challenge is figuring out the fastest route to snag all the hearts without backtracking. Some levels hide them in sneaky spots, too. It's the kind of game where you'll restart immediately after failing because "just one more try" turns into twenty.
Honestly, it's way more fun than it has any right to be.
