Play Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle Online
Play as Rocky or Bullwinkle (who lumbers like he forgot how legs work) chasing Boris and Natasha across wobbly platforms to recover stolen museum junk—it’s as charmingly janky as the old cartoons.

I picked up Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle for the NES back in 1992, a game published by THQ. It was a time when licensed platformers were everywhere, and this one fit right in, offering a chance to step into the shoes of the cartoon duo. The game doesn't try to reinvent the wheel; it's a straightforward side-scroller that captures the show's simple, goofy spirit.
You control either Rocky the flying squirrel or Bullwinkle the moose, navigating through a series of themed levels to stop Boris and Natasha. The main goal is to collect pieces of a statue they've stolen, which involves a lot of jumping between platforms and avoiding enemies. Signature mechanics include switching between characters on the fly to use their unique abilities; Rocky can glide for short distances, while Bullwinkle is stronger and can break certain blocks. The pacing is slow, partly due to Bullwinkle's deliberate movement, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly with some tricky enemy placements. Playing it feels like wrestling with a clumsy but earnest friend, where every small victory is genuinely satisfying.
