Play Agassi Tennis Generation 2002 (E)(Mode7) Online
Swinging forehands on the GBA feels surprisingly crisp—you time your taps for placement or hold for power shots while the court tilts with Mode7 flair. Matches are quick, the AI fights back, and nailing a cross-court winner never gets old.

Agassi Tennis Generation 2002 came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, developed by Aqua Pacific and published by Ubisoft. It was one of the few tennis titles on the handheld, arriving at a time when sports sims on the GBA were still finding their footing. The game features Andre Agassi on the cover, lending it some recognizable star power in an otherwise sparse genre for the system.
You control a tennis player, moving them around the court with the D-pad and timing button presses to hit forehands, backhands, lobs, and slices. The main objective is to win matches across various tournaments or exhibition modes. Signature mechanics include holding the button for a more powerful shot, which requires careful timing, and using the L and R buttons for special shots that can catch the opponent off guard. The pacing is brisk; points are over quickly, and the AI provides a decent challenge without feeling unfair. It feels responsive and satisfying when you connect with a well-placed winner down the line.
