Play Alien Syndrome (Unl) Online
Blast through cramped alien mazes, rescuing hostages while stiff controls and swarming enemies turn every corner into a desperate fight. Co-op just means double the chaos when those little blobs overwhelm you.

Alien Syndrome on NES is one of those old-school arcade ports that somehow feels both frantic and clunky at the same time—in a weirdly charming way. You blast through maze-like levels from a top-down view, rescuing hostages while swarms of aliens try to swarm you. The controls take a second to get used to (why does turning feel so stiff?), but once you adjust, it’s oddly satisfying to clear a room just before your health runs out.
It’s way harder than it looks—those little alien blobs are sneaky, and the level layouts get mean fast. The two-player co-op helps, though good luck coordinating with a friend when everything’s already chaos. Definitely a relic of its time, but if you’re into retro shooters with a rough edge, it’s got a weird pull.
