The whole premise is basically: the streets are a mess, and somehow it's your job to punch every weirdo and thug into submission.

At first, you're just mashing buttons to throw kicks and punches, which feels a little stiff—but then you start unlocking wilder moves, and suddenly you're dropkicking guys in leopard print pants or chucking trash cans. The enemies get weirder too, like they ran out of normal gangster designs halfway through development. It's janky, but in that way where you can't stop playing just to see what nonsense comes next.
