You move from left to right, clearing each area of enemies before progressing, occasionally battling sub-bosses in enclosed spaces. The pacing is aggressive, and the difficulty can spike sharply, especially when enemies attack from both sides. It feels responsive and weighty, with every punch and throw having a solid impact that makes the chaos satisfying to control.
