Game Overview
Primal Rage is that weird, kinda janky fighting game where you pick a giant dinosaur or ape and smash the hell out of each other. The whole thing feels like someone took Mortal Kombat, replaced the ninjas with stop-motion prehistoric beasts, and cranked the chaos up to 11.
First thing you'll notice? The animations are clunky in that charming 90s way—your T-rex moves like it's made of clay (because, well, it basically was). But there's something satisfying about landing a brutal tail swipe or watching your gorilla hurl a boulder at some poor raptor's face. And yeah, the fatalities are ridiculous—my personal favorite is when the lava monkey straight-up eats the opponent's head.
It's not the most balanced fighter out there, but who cares when you're a godzilla-sized velociraptor breathing poison gas? Just don't expect tournament-level depth. This is pure dumb fun with teeth.
