Play Beetle Juice Online
Bounce through the Deetz house as Beetlejuice, squashing bugs for cash to unlock new scare moves—janky platforming, but the Danny Elfman-esque chaos feels right. Those overhead sneaking sections? Pure trial-and-error nostalgia.

Beetlejuice on NES is exactly as weird as you'd hope—you play as the ghost with the most, bouncing around the Deetz family's house trying to scare the living daylights out of them. The first level throws you right into it: side-scrolling through rooms, squashing cockroaches underfoot for points (weirdly satisfying), and collecting cash to buy new scare moves.
Some of the platforming feels a little stiff, but the vibe is spot-on—you'll recognize scenes from the movie, and the music nails that Danny Elfman energy. The overhead sections where you sneak around avoiding yuppies are a nice change of pace, though good luck figuring out where to go without trial and error. It's janky in that classic NES way, but if you grew up with the movie, there's charm in the chaos.
Just don't say his name three times while playing, or your controller might start acting haunted.
