Turns out, everything. You'll jump across floating logs, dodge angry dinosaurs, and bonk anything that moves with your club (until you find better weapons, at least). The shops are weirdly charming—trade bones for spells or upgrade to a bone axe if smashing things gets boring. It's janky in that old-school way where falling in water means instant death, but that just makes beating a level feel like an actual achievement.
