Play Bio Hazard Battle (Beta) Online
Pick a mutant ship and blast through oozing alien guts—walls pulse, enemies splatter into worse things, and the whole place feels like it's breathing. Two-player turns the screen into pure chaos when those worm monsters show up.

Bio Hazard Battle is this weird, creepy little shooter for the Genesis that sticks with you. You pick one of four bio-engineered ships (I always went with the purple one—no real reason, just liked how it looked) and blast through these gross, pulsating alien landscapes. Everything’s dripping with organic gunk, and the enemies are these half-formed mutant things that explode into even weirder shapes when you shoot them.
What’s cool is how the whole game feels alive—walls throb, backgrounds ooze, and the music’s got this unsettling synth hum that makes the whole thing feel like you’re inside some giant organism. Two-player mode’s chaotic in the best way, especially when the screen fills up with those spore-spitting worm things. Just don’t expect a happy ending—this one’s all eerie atmosphere and tough-as-nails bosses.
