Boxy Boy is one of those simple-but-addictive arcade puzzlers where you shove crates around a grid before time runs out. At first, it seems easy—just nudge boxes onto the marked spots, right? Then you hit level 5 and realize you’ve accidentally blocked yourself into a corner because you pushed a box the wrong way. Classic.
The controls are dead simple (just arrows or a joystick), but the later levels make you plan three moves ahead. Sometimes you’ll sit there staring at the screen, mentally mapping out paths, only to panic when the timer hits 10 seconds. The chunky pixel art and bleepy soundtrack give it that perfect old-school arcade vibe.
