Bruce Lee: Return of the Legend came out on Game Boy Advance in 2003, published by Atari. It was part of that wave of licensed action games that tried to capture the feel of arcade classics on a handheld. You play as a martial artist, not actually Bruce Lee but clearly inspired by him, moving through side-scrolling stages filled with enemies.
You control the fighter through linear levels, punching and kicking your way through groups of thugs. The main goal is to defeat all enemies on screen before moving forward; some stages include one-on-one boss fights that require careful timing. You can perform combos, jump kicks, and special moves that drain a meter. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty can spike during boss encounters. It feels responsive and straightforward, like a portable tribute to old-school brawlers.
