Casper for the Game Boy Advance came out in 2002, developed by Lucky Jump and published by TDK Mediactive. It was one of those licensed platformers that showed up a lot on the GBA, games based on cartoons or movies that tried to capture a younger audience with simple, colorful adventures.

You play as Casper, floating through a large, haunted mansion. Your main goal is to rescue your human friends by exploring room to room, solving environmental puzzles. You use ectoplasm to move objects from a distance, and you can temporarily possess certain items or characters to interact with the world in different ways. The pace is relaxed, and the difficulty stays pretty gentle, making it more about exploration than challenge. It feels like a light, playful puzzle game where being a ghost is more helpful than scary.
