Chiller is one of those NES games that makes you go, "Wait, this actually got made?" It's a light-gun shooter where instead of shooting aliens or targets, you're... well, torturing people in a dungeon. Yeah. The pixelated gore and creepy sound effects made it infamous enough to get banned in the UK back in the day.
