Play Cubix Online
1991 Amiga puzzle game. Rotate and match colored cubes in timed levels with obstacles and power-ups. Features increasing difficulty and unique layouts.

Cubix came out on the Amiga in 1991, developed by Digital Creations and published by Gremlin Graphics. It was one of those clever puzzle games that felt right at home on the platform, sitting alongside other thoughtful titles that asked for more than just quick reflexes.
You control a small cursor that picks up and rotates colored cubes on a grid, aiming to match each cube's sides with its neighbors before the timer runs out. The main objective is to clear each screen by creating a uniform pattern, but obstacles like immovable blocks and special power-ups that shuffle the board keep things interesting. The pacing is methodical; you need to plan several moves ahead as the layouts grow more complex and the time pressure increases. It feels satisfying to finally click everything into place just as the clock is about to expire.
