You control the bandaged vigilante, moving through side-scrolling urban levels. Your main goal is to fight through waves of enemy gang members to reach the final boss. You punch and kick your way through foes, and you can pick up weapons like pipes or knives dropped by defeated enemies. The levels are linear but require you to jump across gaps and navigate platforms between the brawling. The difficulty is fairly high, with enemies swarming you quickly, and the controls can feel a bit stiff during precise jumps. It feels like a straightforward, sometimes frustrating fight from start to finish.
