Game Overview
Devastators throws you into a gritty arcade shooter where a dictator’s army has overrun a smaller country, and you’re part of the last-ditch commando squad sent to wreck their plans. The missions feel like something out of an ‘80s action flick—blowing up ammo dumps in the desert, hijacking a jet mid-airfield, or sneaking through jungle cover to free POWs. Mess up the timing or lose all your lives, and it’s game over, but rack up enough points and you’ll squeeze out an extra life or two.
Your trusty UZI never runs dry, but half the fun is grabbing whatever’s lying around after a firefight—flamethrowers, bazookas, even molotovs—though you’ve gotta make those shots count.
