Dexter's Laboratory: Deesaster Strikes! came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, developed by Vicarious Visions. It was part of that wave of licensed platformers that tried to capture the spirit of a cartoon, a common sight on the GBA during its early years.
You control Dexter, navigating his lab and other environments to stop his sister Dee Dee from causing chaos. The main goal is to recover parts of a giant robot she accidentally activated. You jump across platforms, avoid hazards, and use a variety of gadgets, like a shrink ray, to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. The game moves at a steady pace, though some sections can feel a bit tricky with the isometric perspective. It feels like you're actually running through one of the show's episodes, trying to clean up a mess before Mom gets home.
