Doraemon Kart 2 is like someone took Mario Kart, gave it a shot of anime charm, and squeezed it onto a Game Boy Color. You pick your favorite Doraemon character—Nobita if you're feeling brave, Shizuka if you want speed, or Gian if you just like being a menace—and race through these bright, slightly janky tracks that feel straight out of the show.
Instead of shells, you're tossing Take-copters and Bamboo Helicopters at people, which is way more chaotic than it sounds. The controls take a lap or two to get used to, but once you do, it's pure, pixelated mayhem. It's not the smoothest racer out there, but there's something weirdly satisfying about watching Gian wobble his way to last place.
If you grew up with Doraemon or just love weird little retro racers, this one's a trip. Just don't expect it to play fair.
