You control a pilot inside a transforming mech, switching between a ground-based walker and a flying jet to navigate side-scrolling and top-down stages. The main objective is to complete missions against the Neosapien forces, using a mix of standard weapons and screen-clearing special attacks. Signature mechanics include the constant need to manage your energy reserves for both flight and weapons, and the ability to swap between three different E-Frame suits, each with unique handling and firepower. The pacing is deliberate, with a difficulty that demands careful movement and resource management to avoid getting overwhelmed.
