Play Exo Squad (Europe) Online
You swap between a jetpack soldier, a tank, and a clunky mech—each handles like its own weird little game, but somehow the jank clicks after a while. The later levels actually make you sweat for those cartoony robot kills.

Game Overview
Exo Squad on Genesis is... weird, but in a way that kinda works? It's based on this obscure '90s cartoon where humans fight robot overlords (yeah, slavery allegories in a kids' show). You switch between three characters—a jetpack soldier, a tank guy, and this weird mech suit—and each plays totally different. The jetpack sections feel like a janky Turrican, the tank bits are slow but punchy, and the mech... well, let's just say the controls take some getting used to.
It's one of those licensed games that clearly had someone actually trying, even if the execution's a little rough. The sprite work's decent for Genesis, and some of the later levels get surprisingly intense. Just don't expect the story to make sense if you never saw the show.
