Play Fisher-Price - Firehouse Rescue on nes Online
Drive a toy-style firetruck through neighborhood mazes to rescue people & pets—starts simple but gets surprisingly tricky with multi-screen layouts & time limits.

Fisher-Price: Firehouse Rescue came out on the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1988, published by GameTek. It was part of that wave of games aimed at younger players, built around a familiar toy brand, which was a common approach on the NES to make the console feel welcoming to all ages.
You control a small fire truck, driving it screen by screen through a neighborhood to find and rescue people and pets trapped in houses. The main objective is to navigate the maze-like streets, locate each rescue, and bring them back to the firehouse before the timer runs out. The game uses multi-screen layouts that require you to remember your path, and you have to carefully manage your water supply to put out fires blocking your way. It starts off simple enough but the time pressure and maze navigation can get surprisingly demanding. Driving that little truck through the neighborhood, trying to be efficient with your route, gives the game a quiet, focused kind of challenge.
