Game Overview

Flipull is one of those weird little NES puzzle games that somehow gets its hooks into you. At first glance, it looks simple—just a grid of colored cubes—but then you realize you're flipping entire rows or columns to match colors before the stack crushes you. It starts chill, but by level 3, you're sweating.

The two-player mode is where it really shines, though. Nothing like watching your friend panic as their side of the screen fills up faster than yours. And that soundtrack? Pure late-'80s synth cheese in the best way possible. It’s the kind of game you’ll lose an hour to without realizing it.

Honestly, it’s a shame this never got big outside Japan. If you dig puzzle games with a retro vibe, Flipull’s worth digging up.
