Gangster Bros is this weirdly fun mashup of Mario and a shoot 'em up—like if someone gave Mario a gun and let him loose in Brooklyn. You can pick Mr. T (obviously the best choice), Mario, or Luigi, and yeah, they’re all packing heat. The controls are simple—arrow keys to move, mouse to shoot—but the levels get pretty chaotic fast. Dodging bullets while jumping over pits feels just right.
What really makes it stand out is the level editor. After you blast through the main game, you can build your own ridiculous stages. I spent way too much time making impossible gauntlets just to watch my friends suffer. It’s janky in that classic Flash game way, but that’s part of the charm.
