Game Overview
You play as Insector Hecti, a digital detective patrolling the inner workings of a computer. The Interchange—basically the motherboard’s high-security zone—has been overrun by Victor Virus and his gang of glitchy bugs. Your job? Fix 50 scrambled circuits by flipping misaligned blocks back into place. There’s something weirdly satisfying about hearing that little ping when you rotate a piece just right.
Of course, it’s not that simple. Bugs crawl around the circuits, and you’ve got limited ammo to shoot them or can crush them by flipping a block at the right moment. Touch one, though, and you lose a life (you start with five). The clock’s always ticking, but power-ups drop in occasionally—extra shots, shields, even freezing all the bugs for a breather. Every five levels, you get a password, which is a lifesaver because some of these circuits get downright mean.
It’s one of those games where you’ll swear you had the last block lined up just as the timer runs out. Classic Amiga frustration.
