King of the Monsters 2 is pure arcade chaos—pick your favorite giant monster (I always go for the lizard, though the robot ape has its moments) and just wreck everything. Buildings crumble, planes explode, and sometimes you even uncover hidden power-ups in the rubble. The cities feel like sandboxes for destruction, and the fights against other monsters get seriously intense, especially when you're suddenly falling from the sky or battling underwater for extra points.
It’s not deep, but it’s satisfying—nothing beats squaring off against a boss after leveling up your monster by smashing half a city. The pixel art still holds up, too, with all the little details in the destruction. If you ever played the first one, this is more of that, just bigger and slightly weirder.
