You play as this sword-wielding hero charging through mutant-infested worlds to rescue Princess Lucanna from the big bad Thanatos. The controls are straightforward—slash, jump, dodge—but things get tense when you accidentally grab a skull icon and suddenly Thanatos' ghostly minion pops up, forcing you to scramble for Rune Bombs.
Between levels, you’ll scavenge coins to upgrade your gear at shops, though I always hesitated between buying a better sword or saving up for an extra life. The password system is a lifesaver, too—no one’s beating this in one sitting. Just watch out for those skulls unless you enjoy panic-throwing bombs at floating nightmare fuel.
