Lotus III on the Amiga is one of those racing games that just feels right—smooth handling, tight tracks, and that classic top-down view that somehow makes every turn more intense. The second disk adds extra courses and cars, so if you burned through the first one too fast, this keeps the adrenaline going.
What I love is how the AI actually puts up a fight—none of that rubber-banding nonsense where they magically catch up. You mess up a corner, and you’ll be eating dust until you claw your way back. The soundtrack’s got that early '90s synth vibe, too, which somehow makes drifting around hairpins even more satisfying.
