Play Medal of Honor - Underground (E)(Patience) Online
Duck through bombed-out alleys as a resistance fighter, picking off Nazi patrols between tense moments hiding from searchlights—those pixelated MG42s don’t play around.

Game Overview
Medal of Honor: Underground on GBA is one of those rare handheld shooters that actually makes you feel like you're in the thick of WWII. You play as a French resistance fighter sneaking through Nazi-occupied territory, and it's way more intense than you'd expect from a Game Boy game—tense stealth moments, sudden firefights in bombed-out streets, even sabotaging enemy supplies.
The pixel art somehow nails that gritty war movie vibe, with flickering searchlights and soldiers shouting in German when they spot you. Controls take a minute to get used to (that tiny D-pad wasn't built for precise aiming), but once it clicks, you'll be picking off patrols from rooftops like it's 1943. Just watch out for those MG42 nests—they'll shred you in seconds if you charge in blindly.
It's impressive how much story they packed into this cartridge, with briefings between missions that actually make you care about the resistance fighters. Definitely one of the better WWII games on GBA if you can handle the challenge.
