Play Ooze, The (Japan, USA) Online
You stretch your blob body through lab corridors, absorbing guards to grow bigger—but get too thin and you can't reach ledges, too fat and vents become impossible. Weirdly satisfying once you stop getting stuck on every corner.

Game Overview
So Ooze is this weird little Genesis game where you play as a scientist-turned-blob out for revenge. Yeah, Dr. Caine got turned into a sentient pile of goo by his old lab buddies, and now he’s oozing (ha) through corridors, absorbing enemies to grow bigger. The controls take a second to get used to—you stretch and retract like slime taffy—but once it clicks, it’s oddly satisfying to engulf guards whole.
The levels are these maze-like labs full of traps and switches, and your blob physics actually matter—too thin and you can’t reach a ledge, too big and you might not fit through a vent. I kept getting stuck in dumb places at first, but figuring out how to maneuver this jiggly mess becomes its own puzzle. Also, the soundtrack has no right being this moody for a game about a revenge-hungry puddle.
It’s janky in that very 90s way, but there’s something charming about a protagonist who’s just… aggressively moist.
