Pac-Man Collection for the Game Boy Advance came out in 2001, published by Namco. It was a solid little cartridge to have around, especially if you wanted some straightforward arcade fun on the go during that era of handheld gaming. The compilation bundled a few different versions of Pac-Man together, giving you more than just the original to dig into.
You control Pac-Man, guiding him through maze after maze to clear all the dots while avoiding four colored ghosts. Your main goal is simply to survive, eat everything, and rack up a high score. Key mechanics include using power pellets to temporarily turn the tables and chase the ghosts, plus navigating the interconnected tunnels on the left and right sides of the screen to escape tight spots. The pacing is quick and the difficulty ramps up steadily; it feels sharp and responsive, like the arcade, but right in your pocket.
