Game Overview
Ever played a Pac-Man game where the maze isn't packed with pellets? "Pac & Pal" is this weird, rare 1983 Japan-only sequel where you're hunting for fruit instead—but here's the catch: the fruit's locked behind doors, and you've gotta flip random cards to open them. Sometimes the card you need is right in front of you; other times, it’s clear across the screen while the ghosts close in.
There’s also this pink ghost, your so-called "Pal," who’s supposed to help… sort of. She’ll grab fruit for you, but good luck predicting when she’ll swoop in—half the time, she steals the one you were this close to grabbing yourself. You get fewer points if she does the work, but hey, at least you stay alive.
Oh, and the bonus round? Pure chaos. Flip cards for points, but if you hit the red ghost card, game over. It’s equal parts frustrating and weirdly addictive. Definitely not your average Pac-Man experience.
