Poitto! is one of those arcade puzzle games that looks simple at first—just match three bottles of the same color to clear them—but gets surprisingly intense once you realize how much strategy’s involved. The real fun starts when you line up four bottles, triggering a spell that messes with your opponent’s side. And if you pull off a chain reaction? That’s when things get chaotic.
There are two ways to play: Vs. Mode turns into a back-and-forth battle where you’re scrambling to dump timer bottles on the other player while keeping your own stack from overflowing. Monster Mode is a little different—you’re up against creatures with bounties, and the goal is to raise their platform until it squashes them. Sounds weird, but it’s weirdly satisfying when you pull it off.
Honestly, the timer bottles are the sneakiest part. Nothing worse than watching your opponent lock up half your board while you wait for them to expire.
