Game Overview
Prehistorik on the Amiga is this weirdly charming caveman platformer where you basically club everything in sight for food. Yeah, sounds brutal, but it’s oddly satisfying—like whacking a fire-breathing Pyro-Tax dragon five times with your trusty club just to turn it into lunch. The Turtosaurus is even weirder—basically a walking turtle steak.
Some enemies you can’t kill at all, though. Those coconut-chucking monkeys? Absolute menaces. You’ll be mid-jump and suddenly—bonk—right in the face. The levels are short but tense, with a timer ticking down while you scramble for extra lives or power-ups like bombs and better jumps. It’s got that classic "one more try" energy when you barely miss the exit.
Definitely feels like Chuck Rock’s scrappier cousin—less polished, but way more chaotic. You’ll either love it or rage-quit at the monkeys.
