Quiz Chikyu Bouei Gun is one of those weird, wonderful arcade games where you're blasting aliens one second and answering random trivia the next. The first time I played, I got ambushed by a swarm of UFOs, barely survived, and then immediately had to name the capital of Peru—talk about whiplash.

It’s got that classic arcade feel—bright colors, chunky sprites, and a soundtrack that sounds like it’s straight out of an ‘80s sci-fi anime. The quiz parts are surprisingly tough if you’re not ready (who remembers obscure geography at gunpoint?), but messing up just means more enemies to shoot, so it balances out.

Definitely not your average shooter. If you like your games a little unpredictable, this one’s a blast.
