Rambo III came out on the Sega Genesis in 1989, developed and published by Sega. Key mechanics include using a variety of weapons like knives, bows, and explosives; you also need to search for health packs and ammo to stay alive. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can be unforgiving, with enemies swarming from all directions. It feels chaotic and demanding, but landing a well-placed explosive in a crowded area is deeply satisfying.
