You control Shaggy and Scooby, switching between them to explore spooky locations screen by screen, solving environmental puzzles and setting goofy traps for the various monsters you encounter. The main goal is to uncover clues and unmask villains, just like in the show, with mechanics that include combining items to create distractions and using each character's unique abilities to access new areas. The pacing is relaxed, and the difficulty stays pretty low, making it more about the charm of the world than any real challenge. It feels like stepping right into an episode, complete with all the silly humor and predictable scares.
