Okay, so SNK vs. Capcom SVC Chaos is basically that one weird, janky fighting game from 2003 where Terry Bogard can punch Ryu in the face. It’s not the prettiest or most balanced fighter out there, but there’s something oddly charming about how over-the-top it is—like watching two action figure collections smash together.
You’ve got SNK’s usual suspects (Iori, Geese, etc.) throwing down with Capcom’s crew (Ken, Chun-Li, even freaking Red Arremer from Ghosts ‘n Goblins). The sprites are chunky, the supers are ridiculous, and the AI will absolutely wreck you if you’re not careful. Some characters feel broken in a fun way, others in a "why does this move even exist" way. It’s messy, loud, and exactly what you’d expect from a Neo Geo era crossover.
Not gonna lie, the roster’s a blast though—where else are you gonna see Athena and Demitri in the same match? Just don’t go in expecting Street Fighter III levels of polish. This is pure, dumb arcade chaos.
