South Park Rally came out on the Nintendo 64 in 2000, published by Acclaim Entertainment. It was part of that wave of games trying to capture the show's humor in interactive form, a time when licensed titles were everywhere on the console. You pick from the main cast, like Cartman or Stan, and race through locations ripped straight from the show.
You control your chosen character in a kart, driving through courses like the school or the snowy streets of South Park. The main goal is to finish first, but you spend a lot of time shooting weapons like cow projectiles and toilet paper rolls at other racers. The tracks are filled with shortcuts and hazards, and the physics are loose, making crashes frequent and chaotic. It feels like a messy, unpredictable party where anything can happen.
