This is one of those weird, charming RPGs that feels like Jules Verne and H.G. Wells got together to design a video game. You’re hopping between planets in wooden spaceships (yes, really—Edison apparently figured out how to make trees float in space) while digging up lost cities and raiding tombs. The whole thing runs on that old-school Amiga grid movement, so expect some pixel-hunting and trial-and-error, but the atmosphere is thick with that Victorian sci-fi vibe—brass goggles, ray guns, and all.
It’s basically MegaTraveller’s slightly eccentric cousin who insists on wearing a top hat to space. If you’ve got the patience for ’90s RPG quirks, there’s nothing else quite like it.
