Play Sunday Funday Online
You're a skateboarding kid dodging clowns and chucking grapefruits at businessmen while racing to Sunday school—because of course that's a thing. The janky controls and weird Christian pop track make it feel like someone's bizarre inside joke.

Sunday Funday is one of those weird, late-era NES games that makes you go, "Wait, this exists?" It’s basically a reskin of Menace Beach—same gameplay, same weird enemies (bullies and businessmen instead of ninjas), but now you’re a skateboarding kid rushing to Sunday school with a Bible in hand. The original had your girlfriend losing clothes between levels; here, she’s swapped out for a fully dressed Sunday school teacher. Priorities, I guess.
You jump, throw random objects like grapefruits and newspapers at enemies, and try not to get wrecked by clowns (because of course there are clowns). The cartridge also includes Fish Fall, a simple puzzle game, and a sing-along track from Christian pop band 4Him. It’s janky, it’s bizarre, and it’s the last official NES release in the US—though "official" is doing some heavy lifting since Nintendo never licensed it. If you’re into obscure, oddly wholesome bootleg vibes, this might be your thing.
