Aim and shoot colored bubbles to match three or more, clear the screen before they reach the bottom, and pull off tricky bank shots in Super Bust-A-Move on GBA.

Super Bust-A-Move for the Game Boy Advance came out in 2002, developed by Taito and published by Infogrames in Europe. It was one of those puzzle games that felt right at home on the GBA, a system that thrived on quick, engaging titles you could pick up anywhere. It didn't try to reinvent the wheel; it just offered a solid, portable version of a familiar concept.
You control a small cannon at the bottom of the screen, aiming and firing colored bubbles upward to match groups of three or more of the same color. The main goal is to clear each screen of bubbles before they descend and reach the bottom. Key mechanics include the ability to bank shots off the side walls for tricky angles and the use of special bubbles that clear entire rows or colors when matched. The pacing starts relaxed but quickly becomes frantic as the ceiling lowers, demanding faster, more precise shots. It feels tense and satisfying, especially when you set off a large chain reaction that clears half the screen at once.
