Play Teitoku no Ketsudan (Japan) Online
Command fleets in pixelated naval battles, juggling fuel, formations, and supply lines like a caffeine-fueled admiral—KOEI crammed way more depth into this SNES cart than it had any right to.

Teitoku no Ketsudan is one of those SNES games that makes you go, "Wait, they fit this much strategy into a 16-bit cartridge?" It's KOEI's first World at War title, and even though it's from the early 90s, the depth is kinda wild—you're managing fleets, making tactical calls, and sweating over supply lines like some admiral with too much coffee.
First time I booted it up, I expected something simpler, but nope—you're immediately thrown into choosing ship formations and calculating fuel consumption. The interface takes a minute to get used to (classic KOEI quirkiness), but once it clicks, you realize how much they packed in here. The pixel-art naval battles have this weirdly satisfying weight to them, even if the sprites are tiny.
Definitely not a pick-up-and-play game, but if you like digging into old-school war sims, this one's a hidden gem. Just don't blame me when you lose track of time micromanaging destroyer groups.
