Play WCW Mayhem (E) Online
Goldberg and Sting move like action figures in this clunky but lovable N64 brawler—once you get the timing down, those powerbombs feel oddly satisfying. The crowd pops for big moves, and the repetitive commentary somehow becomes part of the charm.

WCW Mayhem came out for the Nintendo 64 in 1999, published by Electronic Arts. It was part of that wave of wrestling games trying to capture the energy of the Monday Night Wars, though it always felt a little rougher around the edges compared to some of the competition on the system.
You control professional wrestlers from the WCW roster, aiming to win matches through pins or submissions. The game uses a grappling system where you lock up with opponents before executing moves, and signature mechanics include climbing turnbuckles for high risk maneuvers and using foreign objects when the referee isn't looking. The pacing can be slow, with some awkward collision detection making certain actions feel less responsive than they should. Despite its technical shortcomings, landing a finishing move after a back and forth match delivers a genuine sense of accomplishment.
