Game Overview
We Are Golden is this weird little Flash gem where you’re basically thrown into a trippy, dreamlike world full of bizarre enemies and even weirder bosses. It’s got that old-school arcade shooter vibe, but with a surreal twist—like someone mixed a bullet hell game with an art project.
Controls are simple enough—WASD or arrow keys to move, left-click or Z to shoot—but the real fun comes from the two-player mode. Grab a friend, because everything’s better (and way more chaotic) when you’re dodging neon bullets together. The autofire toggle is a nice touch if your fingers get tired.
Fair warning: some of the bosses are absolute nightmares in the best way. One minute you’re fighting a giant floating head, the next you’re dodging rainbow lasers. It’s short, but the weirdness sticks with you.
